News today -

  1. Website/Product update:

I've now completely updated and overhauled this website. You will now

find that the majority of my prints both military and non-military will

come to you in A4 size framed and ready to hang on your wall protected in

transit by a sturdy carboard shipper. I believe this offers you much better

value than to keep supplying larger A3 prints which then require you

dashing to your local shop to buy a frame. That said, some of the prints are

available in A3 sized format mainly as they are simply much better when

viewed in a larger picture. All my prints still come personally signed by me

and the price always includes the cost of Packaging and posting.

A3 sized prints can, after discussion with me, be supplied in a frame. And it

should be noted that my future A3 commissions will offer a framed option

  too.

Please remember, some originals are more expensive than others, that is

simply because I calculate the amount of time I spend on a piece, not only

completing the artwork but also the research and testing I conduct before

  setting pencil to paper.

2. DON'T FORGET:

Check out the new shirt shop page - details of how to get the the shop to

buy garments with my unique designs on.  Remember - 1st weekend of each

month the shirt shop automatically gives you free shipping. Follow the link:

3. Charitable works

Many of you may know already that I am someone who believes very much in

'giving back'. Therefore I try where possible to support charities.

Firstly I have become involved with 'The Poppy of Honour' memorial both with

the Veteran Team and West Monkton Parish Council both of whom are erecting

a memorial. The Poppy of Honour, created in 2018, is a National Memorial that

honours British and Commonwealth Servicemen and Servicewomen listed as

killed or missing in World War 1. I have the honour of supplying artwork that

will be engraved as line drawings onto steel plates incorporated into an

Atrium being constructed in Meadowbrook Park near Taunton. I have donated

all the artwork for fund raising purposes. You can donate to the

construction fund or buy a memorial tile and find out much more here:

  wood/poppy-of-honour-national-memorial/ also here:

Above is my artists impression of the completed Memorial Garden and Atrium

with 3 sentinels. Below are images of the two drawings (Hover over one to see

the other) to be engraved which I've now coloured in to provide prints for sale

to contribute to the atrium construction fund.

The RNLI -

I recently donated a picture I completed of an Atlantic Class Lifeboat stationed here in Weston Super Mare to our RNLI station

to be used in creating products to sell in the shop for fundraising. I attended the station to meet some of the crews and hand over the picture. Great bunch of people and I shall be donating more pictures.
